Dashboards can only be viewed or updated by registered users.
 

First - you need an invitation

Only your diocesan safeguarding team can invite someone to be the owner of a dashboard.  In most cathedrals this is the safeguarding officer, but it might be someone else.

The owner can then invite other people to be viewers of the dashboard. This might include the Dean or other members of the Cathedral Chapter.
 

Second - you need to register

You register by clicking the link in your dashboard invitation.

Dashboard invitations are only valid for 14 days. If your invitation has expired, please ask the sender for a new one.
